1. One will realise that a number of high paying keywords is available in market but one must make sure that one must undertake the research for the competition available in the market.
2. The reason for same is that one will not be able to make anything from Adsense if one is not able to index high in Google pages. Thus undertake effort post a lot of deliberation as mere selection of a high keyword does not guarantee success monetarily.
