One can understand that adsense smart pricing can be avoided if one understands the ins and outs of the google programme. To make it easier for comprehension one can say that one may be making $0.50 per click (Google share included), however the conversion is less for the advertiser and this conversion is tracked by Google. Thus if an advertiser is paying 50 cent/click for an advt and none clicked even after 100 exposures than Google interests are affetced as it is not getting paid and thus it smart price adsense account and now webmaster will say get only say 20 cent per click (Google share included). Thus if the budget of an advertiser is say $100, than he can have now have 500 clicks instead of earlier 200 clicks (paying 50 cents per click). Now with lower rates for each click advertiser has an option to get higher clicks for the same price available and thus one will see a conversion rate with in same amount and as a net result the financial health of the web master is affected.
Action Plan to Avoid Google Adsense being Smart Priced

(b) Stop using adsense on low quality sites ( One should note that gaming, video and wallpaper websites do not get a high CTR and thus leads to smart pricing. make sure that you have a separate code for these sites; else the shared code on your good sites will bring poor CTR for your quality site also).
(c) Use your friends adsense account on your low quality sites and share revenue by creating channels.
(c) Reduce the number of Advts.
(d) Remove adsense for couple of weeks and then again put it on your site.
