INDIAN BANKING OMBUDSMAN: FORM OF COMPLAINT (TO BE LODGED) WITH THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN

A number of times we take a loan from banks for various needs and it becomes a pain when one finds that the individual has paid all the EMI and he or she is still not being provided the clearnace certificate. In such a situation one can file a case with banking ombundsman for the banks in India and seek the redressal of grieveance.
