How to Remove Navigation Bar from Blogger?

Blogger provides a good free blog platform; howver navigation bar presence on the blog is an eye sore and one can remove the same by adding the code as shown in green colour in the screen shot and at the place as shown and one will have a blog without the so called navbar. I personally do not like it. However a word of caution is that it is against the terms and conditions of blogger if your blog is hosted with them.
