What qualifies as an acceptable proof of address?

Please ensure that you received the document by mail; we cannot accept copies of online billing statements. In addition, mobile phone bills cannot be accepted. Unless specified otherwise, the name and address on your document must correspond with the information registered on your PayPal account.
What qualifies as an acceptable bank account statement?
Please fax to us a recent bank account statement that you received by mail for the bank account(s) specified. Your name, account number, and the street address registered with PayPal should be clearly visible on the statement. We cannot accept copies of online bank statements.
What qualifies as an acceptable credit card statement?
Please fax to us a recent credit card statement that you received by mail for the credit card(s) specified. Your name, account number, and the billing address registered with PayPal should be clearly visible on the statement. We cannot accept copies of online credit card statements.
What if I don't have these documents?
If you are unable to provide documentation that fits these requirements, please fax all possible documents and include an explanation on the Fax Cover Sheet.
