A number of times this question comes to mind that which is the best platform for hosting a blog; than my all votes goes to Blogger as it allows one to have a blog and one can host if free of cost as well as can also have a custom domain and can also host that domain free of the cost as this domain has been done. The user interface is very friendly and since it comes from the stable of Google and thus the down time is almost nil.
